Payment & Visa
- Once accepted, we email you an invoice and an Offer Of Place.
- When payment is received, we issue you a receipt that you include, along with the offer of place, in the visa application.
- Click here to visit Immigration New Zealand online and apply for your student visa. For your security, you will be invited to create a “RealMe” account before you can proceed with the visa application.

Accomodation & Flights
- Homestay accommodation is confirmed around the time we receive the flight details.
- Book your flights to Wellington.
Arrival
- If staying in Homestay accommodation, your host family, or Wellington College staff, will meet you at Wellington Airport. If arriving into Auckland International Airport you can either take the free airport bus or take the 10 minute walk (following the green line on the pathway) to the domestic airport to board your 45 minute flight to Wellington. Click here for information on how to get to the Auckland Domestic Terminal for your flight to Wellington. Or we can arrange for your son to be met at the Auckland International airport and chaperoned to his short 45min flight to Wellington
- In your first days at school you will take part in an orientation program where you will learn everything about school, living in Wellington City, and you meet all the wonderful people who will support your amazing learning adventure.
