One of the major sports at College, athletics competition is available every Saturday at Newtown Park. Athletes can compete either by joining a club or competing for the College in events such as the NZ Secondary Schools Championships and the National Club Championships.
The major College focus is the McEvedy Shield meet (held in early March each year) when the College competes against St Patrick’s Town, St Patrick’s Silverstream and Rongotai College.
TRAINING: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Newtown Park, 3:45-5:00pm
COMPETITION: School Competitions, McEvedy Shield and National Championships.
SEASON: Terms 1 and 4
