Wellington College has one Open Day each year.
Open Day for students wishing to enrol in 2011 is on Saturday 24 July 2010, and the programme commences at 10.30am in the College Hall.
At the Open Day, prospective students are introduced to some of the exciting opportunities that Wellington College has to offer. Prospective students and parents assemble in the College Hall and are welcomed by the Head Boy. The Headmaster will then explain the philosophy and expectations of Wellington College, and the Deputy Principal will outline the enrolment scheme and the process for enrolling. Tours of the school follow.
Individual interviews are not held for prospective Year 9 students either before or after the Open Day. However, the exception is for those students who arrive during the year from overseas or other parts of the country, who may call the school reception to make an appointment with the Deputy Principal (+64 4 802 2520).
For those who are unable to attend the Open Day, there is an abbreviated tour commencing at 1.30pm that day.
